Domain

Claims a cuboid of land for its owner, beacon-bound. Emerald, iron, and the tiered keys are spent; the beacon remains to govern the claim.

    How it works

A Domain claims a box of land around its beacon. You and the guests you name may build and wake runes there. Visitors may neither build nor start new magic, though magic already standing still answers them.

    • Reach. Six key seats touch the beacon, one per direction. Each seat reaches as many sixteen-block sections as its key's Tier, or one section when empty.
    • Resizing. Set a Tier block in a key seat and right-click the beacon or the new key. That direction takes the key's Tier as its new reach.
    • Guests. Right-click the beacon while holding a player's head to add that player, and again to remove them.
    • Sleeping. Break any of the gold or diamond frame and the ward sleeps. Rebuild it and right-click the beacon to wake it with its owner, size, and guests intact.

An active Domain also keeps fire, endermen, and explosions from changing its land for good.

The Domain guide covers every rule, the staff permissions, and the Qixsilver Reservoir that fuels magic inside a claim.

    Configuration

These are the defaults in plugins/Runic/runes/domain.yml. Every rune file also carries the shared settings described in Rune files.
