Splock Block

Forges a Lock-like seal that drives Phase and Toggle sets — and flips every Spleef or Sploggle in the wave the other way.

5 × 5, one layer. Drawn flat on the ground, facing any compass direction.

TATT↑B→TABCBAT←B↓TTAT
  • Tier block × 8
Every T is the same block, and that block’s Tier sets the rune’s strength.
  • Signature block × 4
Each arm holds a Tier 1+ block other than the Tier block, or stays empty (air or Tier 0). Read by compass direction, the arms spell the rune’s signature.
  • Air or a Tier 0 block × 4
Leave these as air, or fill them with Tier 0 blocks such as dirt or stone.
  • Activation block
The glowing cell is the one to click.
  • Spent
Cells with a corner mark are used up when the rune wakes.

    How it works

A Splock is a Lock for vanishing floors. It seals and drives its set like any Lock, and each time it moves the set, it also flips every Spleef and Sploggle block in that set to its other shape. Blocks that stood drop away, and blocks that had dropped return.

Spleef and Sploggle blocks keep answering clicks while a Splock shares their set, so players can still knock out blocks one at a time between flips.

The Toggles, locks, and phases guide covers keys, redstone, and designators. The Splock follows the two-shape redstone rules of a Lock.

    Configuration
