How it works
The inverted Tri-Loggle is the mirror of the Tri-Loggle Block. It seals a three-shape set and changes shape with it, and it listens for redstone power turning off. Each time the power falls, the set and the seal step backwards through their three shapes.
See Toggles, locks, and phases for keys, editing shapes, and breaking a seal.
Configuration
These are the defaults in plugins/Runic/runes/triloggleblockinverted.yml. Every rune file also carries the shared settings described in Rune files.

usage-messages | false | When true, chat reports each use of this toggle/lock family rune. |
max-set | 8192 | Max orthogonally connected cells sharing one signature that this rune may wave (hard-capped at 8192). |
