How it works

A Vortex leaves a container hungering. Raise it, and loose items on the ground within its reach drift toward the container and are swallowed. The vortex begins to turn (radius 12), drawing in all it can grasp.

The pattern's Tier blocks are spent and the container stays as the pull point. The reach is four blocks per Tier, from 4 at Tier 1 to 28 at Tier 7. Any container works at the heart.

Good to know

• Where two Vortexes reach the same item, the one with the larger radius wins it.
• A chest that later becomes a double pulls into both halves. Only breaking the original block clears the magic.
• Active Vortexes keep turning through server restarts.

Tips

Set a Vortex beside a mob farm or a tree farm to gather the drops without hoppers.

Configuration

These are the defaults in plugins/Runic/runes/vortex.yml. Every rune file also carries the shared settings described in Rune files.
