Reality Auditor

A scan pad that surveys as a Reality Master would but changes nothing — offer it a writable book and it writes the tally of what a build would need.

Pattern

Hover a tile to name it. Reading pattern diagrams explains the symbols.

5 × 5, 2 layers high. Drawn flat on the ground, facing any compass direction.

Layer 1 (bottom)

Layer 2 (top)

  • Signature block × 4
Each arm holds a Tier 1+ block other than the Tier block, or stays empty (air or Tier 0). Read by compass direction, the arms spell the rune’s signature.
  • Optional cell × 33
Leave it empty or place a block here; the rune wakes either way.
  • Activation block
The glowing cell is the one to click.

Keys

  • Emerald Block × 4

  • Diamond Block × 4
    stays after use
  • Piston or Sticky Piston × 1
    stays after use
    Takes Piston, Sticky Piston.
    /runic build places Piston.
  • Redstone Torch × 4
must be lit · stays after use

How it works

The Reality Auditor surveys a build the way a Reality Master would, and it changes nothing. It shares the Master's scan, exemptions, sticky-piston rules, and tether, and writes up what a run would need.

  1. Build it with the signature of a committed Reality Anchor.
  2. Hold a writable book and right-click the piston. Reality Auditor begins its scan. Stay within 8 chunks.
  3. Stay close while it scans. When it finishes, the book becomes a written audit of the blocks a copy would need.

Offer a previous audit to write a fresh one.

Good to know

  • It burns redstone as fuel, and each dust goes a long way.
  • Decimator discs and a Recollection diamond in its chest work as they do for a Master.
  • You may run one Auditor at a time, and a reload ends any scan in progress.

See Reality Anchor and Master for the system it measures.
