An armor blessing: a light that follows you wherever you walk.

ABATABA
  • Tier block × 1
Every T is the same block, and that block’s Tier sets the rune’s strength.
  • Air or a Tier 0 block × 2
Leave these as air, or fill them with Tier 0 blocks such as dirt or stone.
  • Activation block
The glowing cell is the one to click.
  • Spent
Cells with a corner mark are used up when the rune wakes.

Keys

  • Redstone Dust × 4

  • Torch × 2
    spent when the rune wakes

How it works

Torch Bearer blesses any piece of armor with a light that follows you. Wherever you walk, an invisible light fills the space around your head, so caves and night roads stay lit. Each time the light moves to a new spot, it spends one charge.

On servers too old for invisible light blocks, it grants night vision instead.

Enchantment

The enchantment is called Torch Bearer. Hold an elytra, a turtle shell, or gold, iron, chainmail, or copper armor while you wake the rune.
