Mace Wake
A mace blessing: a charged strike spends a charge to smash a small circle around the blow without a fall. The wake is capped; a true drop still owns the heavier smash.

How it works
Mace Wake blesses a mace with a smash that needs no fall. Land a fully charged strike, and the mace spends a charge to smash a small circle around the blow. The target takes a little extra damage, and up to six creatures nearby take damage and are knocked back.
A true drop attack still uses the full vanilla smash, which is far heavier. Mace Wake leaves those blows as they are.
