Spring

Charges a held string with coiled leaps — a bound forward with every use, charges swelling with Tier.

Pattern

Hover a tile to name it. Reading pattern diagrams explains the symbols.

3 × 3, one layer. Drawn flat on the ground, facing any compass direction.

ABBTBBA
  • Tier block × 1
Every T is the same block, and that block’s Tier sets the rune’s strength.
  • Air or a Tier 0 block × 2
Leave these as air, or fill them with Tier 0 blocks such as dirt or stone.
  • Activation block
The glowing cell is the one to click.
  • Spent
Cells with a corner mark are used up when the rune wakes.

Keys

  • Redstone Torch × 2
    spent when the rune wakes
  • Redstone Dust × 4
    spent when the rune wakes

How it works

Spring coils leaps into a held piece of string. Right-click with the charged string, and you are flung forward the way you face. Each leap spends one charge, and you take no fall damage when you land.

Higher Tier blocks hold far more leaps.

Enchantment

The enchantment is called Spring. Hold a piece of string while you wake the rune.
