Bar Beacon
A copper and wool pad around an iron heart. Wake it, then step onto the pad to stay on the locator bar — step again to still. Dispel strips the beacon.

How it works
The Bar Beacon keeps you on the locator bar. Wake the pad once, and it stands. The Bar Beacon stands — step onto the pad to take the locator bar.
Then step onto the pad, and you always show on other players' locator bars, even if a Locator Veil had hidden you. The Bar Beacon takes you — the locator bar will not forget. Step onto it again to let it go. The Bar Beacon stills.
Good to know
- The beacon follows you after you leave the pad, until you step on again, Dispel strips it, or a Locator Veil takes you.
- The beacon and the veil cannot both hold you. Each lifts the other.
