Wraithstep
Forges a tool that marks copper to ghost: when the marked set is redstone-powered, its blocks stand aside for their owner alone.
Pattern
Hover a tile to name it. Reading pattern diagrams explains the symbols.
- Tier block × 13Every T is the same block, and that block’s Tier sets the rune’s strength.
- Signature block × 4Each arm holds a Tier 1+ block other than the Tier block, or stays empty (air or Tier 0). Read by compass direction, the arms spell the rune’s signature.
- Air or a Tier 0 block × 12Leave these as air, or fill them with Tier 0 blocks such as dirt or stone.
- Activation blockThe glowing cell is the one to click.
- SpentCells with a corner mark are used up when the rune wakes.

How it works
Wraithstep forges a tool that turns copper into a door for you alone. Hold an item that cannot be placed and wake the rune. The item becomes a Wraithstep Tool, bound to the pattern's signature.
Right-click copper with the tool to mark it. Wraithstep binds the copper. (12 left) Marked copper that touches and shares a signature forms a set. While redstone powers the set, its blocks stand aside for you: you walk straight through, while everyone else still sees solid copper and bumps against it.
Good to know
- It marks copper blocks, grates, chiseled and cut copper, copper stairs, slabs, and bars, in any state of oxidation.
- Breaking a marked block ends its magic. The Wraithstep fades from the copper.
- A Wraithstep Tool shares its item with no other magic.
Tips
Hide the switch: a lever on the far side of the wall, or a sensor that only you know about, makes a door nobody else can find.
Enchantment
The enchantment is called Wraithstep. Hold a non-placeable item (not a block) while you wake the rune.
