Marrow

Binds a shield: blocking a melee blow spends a charge to wither the attacker for a portion of that hit — never the whole wound. Higher Tier, more charges.

How it works

Marrow binds a shield with a withering edge. When you block a melee blow with the shield raised, a charge is spent and the attacker withers, for two to ten seconds depending on how hard it struck.

The wither hurts the attacker for a part of the blow you blocked, never the whole of it.

Higher Tier blocks hold more charges.

Enchantment

The enchantment is called Marrow. Hold a shield while you wake the rune.
