How it works

The Uncrafter binds a crafting table that runs recipes backwards. Right-click the table, and the scaffold burns away while the table stays bound.

Hold a crafted item and right-click the table. The Uncrafter pulls it apart into the ingredients of its recipe, as many times as your stack allows. The Uncrafter pulls the craft apart (4 cycle(s)).

Good to know

• The Tier of the pattern's blocks sets the strongest goods it can unmake. This Uncrafter (Tier 3) is too weak to unmake Tier 5 goods — rebuild it from higher-Tier blocks. See Block Tiers.
• Damaged gear cannot be uncrafted.
• A stack smaller than the recipe makes cannot be reversed. Need at least 4 to reverse that craft.
• The table never opens its crafting grid while bound.
• Only an axe can break a bound Uncrafter. The Uncrafter falls silent — its hold is gone.

Configuration

These are the defaults in plugins/Runic/runes/uncrafter.yml. Every rune file also carries the shared settings described in Rune files.

Uncrafter has no settings of its own beyond the shared ones.
